  • 2 – 4 ounce cans of diced green chilies
  • 1 – 4 ounce can of black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of green olives, sliced
  • 1 package of taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package of ranch dressing mix


  • corn chips or taco shell pieces
  • sour cream
  • green onion
  • sliced jalapeños
  • shredded cheddar cheese


  • 1. Brown the ground beef and the onions in a large skillet. Drain off any excess juice and fat. Place it in a large stockpot.
