  • Eel fish (1 fish, about 500 grams)
  • Fresh ginger (1/2 inch)
  • Garlic cloves (10)
  • Black pepper powder (1/2 teaspoon)

  • Add a pinch of ajinomoto

Step by Step Cooking Instructions
