- Eel fish (1 fish, about 500 grams)
- Fresh ginger (1/2 inch)
- Garlic cloves (10)
- Black pepper powder (1/2 teaspoon)

- Sugar (1/4 teaspoon)

Step by Step Cooking Instructions
