  1. Bravo! I’ve had this soup a Demos regularly for years. This recipe is 10/10. The only change I had to make is to use 4-6T of lemon juice and a 2T white vinegar. But this is spot on and absolutely delicious.

    So bravo to you for this. I will still frequent Demos even with this recipe because of the other fantastic items on their menu. This soup is great.
