- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of basil
- 1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
- 1 – 8 ounce package of cream cheese
- 6 ounces of pepperjack cheese, grated
- Tobasco or other hot sauce of your liking
Directions
- In a large sauce pan, sauté the onion in the butter until it’s tender.
- Stir in the tomatoes, condensed soup, pepper, salt, basil, sugar, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Bring it to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Then stir in the milk, cream cheese, and pepperjack cheese until melted.
- Add a few drops of your choice of hot pepper sauce.
- This will make 8 servings (2 quarts)
